Job Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling diverse commercial disputes, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters, including large corporate disputes and L&T disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues.
  • Draft legal documents and court pleadings.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Law degree and completed SRA training contract.
  • 0-3 years of commercial litigation experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
