Job Title: Interim Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Educator to fill a temporary teaching position in our network of schools. As a key member of our community, you will deliver high-quality teaching services to students in the absence of regular teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that meet learning objectives and foster academic excellence.
  • Manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers on students' progress and behaviour, facilitating effective communication.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, promoting inclusivity and equity.
Requirements:
  • Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and students.
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to different teaching environments is crucial for success in this position.
