Bathroom Design and Sales Expert

We are seeking an experienced Design and Sales Consultant to join our team at our Fulham design studio.
Key Responsibilities:- Stay up-to-date with the latest bathroom design trends and technologies.
- Develop new projects' designs and assist in visualizing concepts using 3D and VR tools.
- Provide excellent customer service, meeting walk-in traffic and converting it into profitable sales.
- Answer web calls and convert them into single or multi-channel sales.
- Maintain profit margins in accordance with our pricing policy.
- Utilize our CRM and ERP system to manage pipeline, quotations, orders, and reporting obligations.
- Identify trade opportunities and build relationships through outbound calling and email.
- Ensure showroom presentation reflects our high-quality product range and design standards.
- Hand over orders to our After Sales team according to company process and customer care checklist.
- Explain the role and advocate the value of our After Sales team to customers.
- Collect customer feedback, drive social media reviews, and undertake market research for individual and company performance improvement.
