Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining our reputation as a premier dining experience.



Responsibilities:


  2. Culinary Leadership: Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Lead a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to deliver consistently high-quality food production and presentation.
  3. Menu Development: Innovate and create seasonal menus that reflect modern food trends while maintaining cost control. Collaborate with our Food & Beverage Commercial Team to ensure effective menu engineering and robust cost control.
  4. Cost Management: Manage food costs and ensure budget adherence for culinary-related expenses. Maintain recipe uniformity across all kitchens and oversee costings for all menus.
  5. Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff to promote career growth and opportunities within the Club. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards in all kitchens.


What We Offer:


  • Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Benefits Package: 23 days of annual leave (rising to 28 days after 5 years' continuous service) plus Bank Holidays. Life assurance, group income protection, and an enhanced sick pay scheme.
