Social Care Team Lead Position in Warrington

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Team Leader to join our community services team at Making Space in Warrington.
About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with care and consideration.
You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care, fostering a sense of belonging and connection among clients. Your role will involve taking risks, trying new approaches, and being ready to adapt to changing circumstances.
To succeed in this position, you will need previous experience supervising staff, a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), and a willingness to work towards a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
In-depth knowledge and experience of supporting adults is highly desirable. You must be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: £13.75 per hour

Requirements:
- Previous experience supervising staff
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
