Receptionist Opportunity at Home House

We are currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Home House, a unique private members club located in the heart of London.

About Us:

Home House is a luxurious oasis that offers its members a dramatic fusion of the old and the new. With 23 opulent bedrooms, two restaurants, four bars, private events spaces, garden, night club, gym and spa, there is always something happening at Home House.

Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can provide outstanding service standards, create memorable experiences for our members and their guests, and demonstrate outstanding attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in a private members club, five-star hotel or similar luxury environment and be able to work within a dedicated and passionate team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to members and their guests
  • Create memorable experiences through personalized service
  • Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail
  • Anticipate the needs of members and recall their preferences
  • Support other departments across the House to guarantee the best possible service to guests

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in a private members club, five-star hotel or similar luxury environmentExcellent communication skillsDrive and passion to work in a busy and vibrant environmentFlexibility to support other departments
