International Partnerships and Business Development Manager

The Royal Agricultural University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Partnerships and Business Development Manager to join our Business Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the coordination and delivery of international activities at a strategic level.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate an extensive portfolio of international activities across the University, including developing and drafting partnership agreements.
- Provide information and guidance on partnerships and international activities to staff, and contribute to the establishment and evolution of critical resources such as the Strategic Partnerships Committee and International Network.
- Engage with a broad range of external stakeholders in the UK and overseas, including international guests hosted at the University.
- Collate, analyse and manage information, planning and establishing systems and processes for the effective and efficient delivery of international activities.
- Travel internationally as required.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification.
- Project management qualification and/or experience.
- Understanding and demonstrable experience of working in an international education and/or research environment, including experience of working with China partners/in China.
- Experience of decision-making at an operational level, with the ability to work autonomously and engage peers and colleagues as needed.
- Experience of driving and delivering business improvements and efficiencies to enhance quality, engagement and service delivery.
- Understanding and demonstrable experience of excellent customer service practices and delivery of quality services to internal and external stakeholders.
