**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and informative lessons to Reception pupils, ensuring that all pupils make progress and are taught in a way that suits their individual needs and learning styles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and deliver lessons to full classes with the support of Teaching Assistants
- Differentiate lessons appropriately to suit the needs and learning styles of all pupils
- Build positive relationships with pupils and other members of staff to ensure challenging behavior is managed in a positive, proactive, and consistent manner
- Use varied methods of assessment to assess pupil progress
- Display high levels of enthusiasm, energy, and positivity when working with children
- Work effectively with Teaching Assistants to ensure children receive the best possible educational experience
**Requirements:**
- Enhanced DBS (ideally on the Update Service)
- QTS and Primary Teaching experience
- Experience of short, medium, and long-term planning
- Experience of utilising a range of methods to assess pupil progress
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to build rapport
- A positive and resilient attitude towards teaching and work
- Experience of teaching within the UK
- A genuine passion for teaching
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- A commitment to CPD
