Job Title: ESG Growth Strategist

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our ESG & Climate Change team. The successful candidate will provide strategic and tactical advice to drive growth, working closely with regional leads in the UK, US, and EMEA. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide market intelligence to identify trends for client targeting initiatives, collaborate with the global ESG Chair to deliver on key priorities, and monitor the implementation of initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the ESG and Climate Change liaison with Client Relationship Managers for priority clients, develop and maintain an understanding of our ESG offering across different sectors to identify opportunities, and drive profitable revenue.
  • Market Intelligence: Research and provide insights to inform business development strategies, coordinate growth opportunities with other practice areas, and sector specialists.
  • Profile Raising: Work with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to deliver profile-raising initiatives, including content strategy and thought leadership. Facilitate client events, roundtables, and webinars across jurisdictions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in a business development role within a legal or partnership environment, with a focus on practice development and strategic selling. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with partners and business services are essential. Proven expertise in project management and strategic planning is also required.
