Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Commercial Lawyer

Fry and Brown, a dynamic financial services company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lawyer to join their team. As a key member of the legal department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial contracts, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar financial services company or private practice. You will be responsible for managing external lawyers, ensuring compliance with EBA guidelines and FCA handbook, and providing expert advice on third-party commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
