Job Title: Full Time Night Nurse

Willing Care Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Adult) with experience in Complex Care to join our client's nursing team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in complex care settings, including experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation, and other complex medical interventions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with complex medical conditions.
  2. Administering medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
  3. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  4. Monitoring and documenting patient progress and responding to any changes in their condition.
  5. Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding their care and treatment plans.
  6. Adhering to regulatory standards and maintaining accurate medical records.
Requirements:
  1. RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification with current registration as an Adult Nurse.
  2. Active UK NMC Pin.
  3. Proven experience in complex care settings, including experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation, and other complex medical interventions.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  5. Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.
  6. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
