About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD), you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our elderly residents with palliative care needs, mental health, challenging behavior, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of all residents.
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and families.
  • To participate in the induction and training program, including various training courses and shadow shifts.
  • To access clear and structured development programs, with opportunities for progression within the Care Home.
