Job Summary:

As a seasoned Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of new build projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate site operations, including supervising site managers, assistant site managers, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for junior members of the construction team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a construction management role within the house-building sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • CSCS Managers Card, CITB (SMSTS) Site Managers Safety Course, and First Aid Training.
