Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Primark B&M, Sourcing, Suppliers and Factories, Primark Ethical Trade Field Teams and ABF Legal on matters relating to ET Compliance, data and analysis.
  • Provide timely information and documentation concerning labour standards and ethical trade per standard operating procedures.
  • Support the creation and delivery of training and engagement across the business on ethical trade matters.
  • Promote understanding of the correct processes and procedures, putting ethical trade at the heart of our operations.
  • Work with global teams to develop and capture best practices.
  • Lead in maintaining the teamwork plan, ensuring that other team members know their individual targets and feel supported in achieving goals.
  • Manage issues, escalating as appropriate.
  • Reports and communicates on issues effectively and appropriately with an assured level of accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Experience in compliance, training and communication.
  • Experience working on projects.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
