We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to join our team at Practicus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple projects and business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects and business change initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify, manage, and deliver IT, Systems, and Finance projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Manage changes in project scope, costs, resources, and timing within the framework of agreed governance and change control processes.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Finance Director to set resource demand and ensure sufficient allocation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Project Management role, with expertise in Systems, IT, and/or Finance projects.
  • Holds a Prince2 Practitioner qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of all stages of the project life cycle, including business case development and project mobilization.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently and demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
  • Organizational and planning skills, with the ability to delegate effectively.
  • Making sound decisions, understanding risk levels, and influencing others.
  • Motivating and inspiring team members, embracing change, and supporting their development.
  • Encouraging team cohesion, idea sharing, and supporting others within the business to achieve goals.
  • Suggesting and implementing solutions within their role and across the organization.
