About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our SAP implementation team at Haribo UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the project lead in process mapping and documentation ahead of SAP implementation, and the reporting and analysis setup for the post-SAP world.
  • Work closely with the SAP implementation team and the Management Accounting team to maintain and deliver improvements to existing processes, documentation, and reports ahead of SAP cut over.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP with other business systems.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5 years of previous management accounts experience, covering preparation of monthly management accounts, P&Ls, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and financial analysis.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with previous SAP knowledge/experience.
  • Working knowledge of Taxation and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to motivate self to achieve deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional, confident manner.
