Job Description

We are seeking a Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic testing, providing hearing aid rehabilitation, and maintaining ongoing maintenance services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in more than just core audiology work, with training available for staff to develop their interests in Adult Rehabilitation, Tinnitus Retraining Therapy, and Vestibular Assessment.

Main Duties

  • Perform full diagnostic support and rehabilitation services to 5 ENT consultants and 1 Audiological Physician.
  • Direct Access Hearing Aid Clinics.
  • Balance Assessment Clinics using Caloric & ENG / VNG testing.
  • Tinnitus clinics.
  • Dedicated paediatric clinics including VRA / ABR/ Steady State / OAE.

Person Specification

  • BSc (Hons) Audiology.
  • BAAT Part II or CAC or CCC Membership of BAA / BSA.

Experience

  • Experience in Siemens & Phonak Hearing Aid Fittings, Paediatric testing & diagnostics.
  • Experience of vestibular testing.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £43,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience.
