About the Role

Our client, OBM People, is a leading provider of integrated infrastructure solutions. They specialize in innovative operations management, engineering services, and energy management solutions for partners in high-hazard, highly regulated industries.

This pivotal role drives progress across multiple departments, ensuring projects are executed in alignment with company policies, processes, and objectives. The Senior Project Manager will also have line management responsibilities for other Project Managers within the team and support the Head of Projects in areas of development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects within a construction environment, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement project controls, including planning, monitoring, and reviewing schedules and costs.
  • Lead a team of Project Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Projects to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • HND in a technical or engineering discipline.
  • Formal project management qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects within a construction environment.
  • Experience in project controls, including planning, monitoring, and reviewing schedules and costs.
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
