Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our team at Future Select. As a leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with the best clients and candidates, supplying the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Asbestos surveys and analytical duties, with experience working on mixed portfolios of sites. They will be required to have a working knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines and excellent written and IT skills. A professional manner and the ability to maintain and build relationships with clients are essential.

The role will involve undertaking Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Asbestos surveys, as well as 4-stage clearances, smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation, and personal air testing. The successful candidate will be required to produce thorough reports for clients and maintain a professional standard of service.

We are also interested in candidates with P401/P402/P403/P404 or S301 CCP qualifications. If you have experience in the Asbestos industry and are looking for a new challenge, please apply.
