This is a senior electrical engineer lead role at our manufacturing facility in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of existing engineering staff and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your electrical expertise to drive improvements across the site
- Delegate daily working responsibilities to maintain operational efficiency
- Monitor performance, ensure health and safety compliance, and issue permits to work as necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in electrical engineering
- Prior experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead in a similar industry
- An electrical bias is essential for this role
