About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care in West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred, specialised care to clients in their own homes on a one-to-one basis.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families, understanding the importance of our role in their lives.
  • Assist with medication management, help around the house, meal preparation, personal care, and provide general emotional support.

Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence and own car licence required.
