Job Title: Project Manager Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Engineering to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of engineering teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
  • Ensure that all engineering projects are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects, ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other external partners.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or construction environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
