Learning Support Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Teacher to join our team at Morphen All Saints Church of England Aided First School. The successful candidate will provide educational support in a mixed Year 3/4 class, under the direct supervision of senior staff.
About the Role:
The Learning Support Teacher will work closely with teachers to develop engaging lessons, ensure a smooth learning environment, and provide general support to teaching staff. This position is a maternity cover, with a temporary contract expected to start in January 2025.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide educational support in a mixed Year 3/4 class
- Work under the direct supervision of senior staff
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- A competitive salary of £30,000-£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
