About the Role:
As a Driver and Support Worker at Sanctuary Care, you will be responsible for providing transportation services to our residents while maintaining a safe and respectful environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive residents to and from appointments and days out while adhering to Health and Safety procedures.
- Collect medications and take samples to the doctors as required.
- Assist with other jobs in the home when not required to drive.
Requirements:
- Hold a full current driving license.
- Be over the age of 25.
- Have a flexible approach to working with older people.
- Have a basic understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
