Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Systems Specialist to join our team at H&K Fire Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and technical support of fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting servicing, PPM, and technical support on fire alarm systems for our clients.
  • Performing commissioning of systems and final handover to clients.
  • Providing a pivotal contact point for clients for any ongoing issues or technical support needed.
  • Supporting on quotes and design of systems.
  • Performing fire inspections and maintaining equipment required for these inspections.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fire alarm systems maintenance gained over a number of years.
  • FIA or equivalent training is highly desirable.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Provide a professional service at all times, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, quality, and customer service.
  • Able to work independently, with little supervision, but also able to work successfully as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of customers/clients/internal colleagues.
