Job Title: Senior Pet Grooming Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pet Grooming Specialist to join our team at Vets for Pets. As a Senior Pet Grooming Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pet grooming services to our customers, while also leading and mentoring our team of pet groomers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality pet grooming services to our customers, including baths, trims, and styling.
  • Lead and mentor our team of pet groomers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are delivering the highest level of service.
  • Develop and implement grooming standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across the salon.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to promote our pet grooming services and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pet grooming, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality pet grooming services and leading a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of pet grooming standards and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement new procedures as needed.
