Key Responsibilities- Set up CRM projects and generate work completion certificates
- Execute sales order contracts
- Arrange pre-start meetings, prepare documentation, and issue minutes
- Raise all project and sub-contractor purchase orders and maintain logs
- Handle stock material requests and replenishment
- Manage the administrative process for all projects within the team
- Update programmes and project requirements
- Create, print, and distribute site files for the Project team
- Assist with compliance, management, and closure of key stages and documentation
- Raise sub-contractor payment certificates for Project Manager sign-off
- Address invoice queries and manage project documentation
- Control system updates and uploads
- Produce weekly cost reports for all projects and track profitability
- Organise surplus material returns to suppliers
- Create and manage project files
- Scan and file all project returns
- Maintain business logs and manage shared inboxes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and various specialist software
- Enthusiastic, fast learner with a strong commitment to excellence
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with various departments and external contacts
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proven experience in a strong administrative role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- High-level communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Experience in project administration or a related sector is desirable, but not essential
