Caregiver Position

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Senior Support Worker at Jupiter Recruitment in Holt, Norfolk area.

We are proud to offer residential, dementia, respite and nursing care in a beautiful and well-designed setting. The successful candidate will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers in their brand new state-of-the-art care home.

To be considered for this position, you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. As a Senior Support Worker, your key duties include:

• Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents
• Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals
• Contributing to care planning and coaching support workers
• Take an active professional role in promoting the services offered when dealing with relatives, prospective residents and enquiries
• Participate in updating and writing care plans and resident documentation
• Be responsible for making and reporting realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care
• Be responsible for administrating medication to the residents in accordance with policies and procedures

The estimated salary for this role is £27,144 per annum, based on a 40-hour week at £14.50 per hour. This includes excellent benefits such as:
