The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities.
  • Work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
  • Collaborate with the existing Commercial Property team to deliver high-quality work in both the commercial and private sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A Commercial Property Solicitor with experience in managing commercial property transactions.
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts.
