Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Controller to join our Operations team at Culina Group. As a Stock Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with management and operational staff to ensure the accuracy of received and dispatched loads.
- Monitor Autostore inbound delivery screens to ensure compliance with network KPIs of loads started within 24 hours of arriving on site, completed within 5 hours of start.
- Work with operational staff to ensure all issues relating to inbound deliveries are captured at source and actioned immediately or, mismatched back to the issuing site using the correct procedure.
- Ensure, where feasible, in conjunction with operations, that cross-offs are kept to a minimum.
- Any outbound orders that require rework are completed in a timely fashion and do not impact on customer service. And that where appropriate paperwork is completed.
- Responsible for, in conjunction with shift managers, the controlling of any re-stack pallets and associated adjustments.
Requirements
- Flexibility within the role to be able to cover other areas of the stock team.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Able to manage their own time to achieve daily targets.
- Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative.
- Able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of on-site systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and tenacity.
- Should demonstrate the drive and desire to progress.
- Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns.
- Experience of Autostore WMS.
- SAP experience desirable but not essential.
