We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Subject Specialist to join our team at Pearson. As a Content Subject Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing subject knowledge and expertise to support the development of high-quality assessment materials.
Key Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise to support the development of assessment materials, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assessment materials meet the needs of learners and are aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Develop and maintain subject matter knowledge and expertise, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of assessment materials, including question writing, marking schemes, and rubrics.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure assessment materials are of high quality and meet the required standards.
- Proven experience in subject matter expertise, preferably in education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
