Learning Supporter Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Supporter to join our primary school team in Stalybridge, Tameside. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with SEND, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-to-one with students across Key Stage 1 to provide targeted support.
  • Assist teaching staff in developing and implementing personalized learning plans.
  • Help students develop essential life skills, social skills, and emotional intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEND is essential.
  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
