The Dental Centre Ferndown is a leading provider of dental care services in the local area, and we are seeking a skilled dental hygienist to join our team. As a part-time employee, you will be required to work three days per week, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of £25-30 per hour.

About the Job

The primary responsibility of the dental hygienist will be to conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to maintain oral health, educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits, document patient treatments and maintain accurate health records, and collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.

In addition to the core responsibilities, the dental hygienist will also be expected to contribute to the development of the practice by suggesting new procedures and improving existing ones. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in dental hygiene or related field
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
  • Experience working in a private dental practice
