Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable documentation, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage employee expenses, including processing and reconciling expense reports.
- Chase outstanding invoices for payment, maintaining effective communication with suppliers.
- Send remittance advices to suppliers, confirming payment details.
- Log and track invoices sent for approval, ensuring seamless processing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
- Purchase Ledger experience is essential, with a strong understanding of financial procedures and regulations.
