We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Senior Practitioner. As a key member of our Occupational Therapy Service, you will be responsible for providing expert leadership and guidance to our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert occupational therapy services to clients, including assessments, interventions, and support.
- Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy Service, ensuring effective service delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, ensuring integrated working arrangements and collaborative service delivery.
- Support the development of the Occupational Therapy Service, including the implementation of new initiatives and the evaluation of service effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with current legislation and statutory guidelines.
- Qualified to degree level in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience of working in a community occupational therapy setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partner agencies.
