About the Role

  • Collaborate with the school's SENCO, safeguarding team, and external agencies (such as youth justice services) to develop individualized support plans for at-risk children.

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with children, parents, and staff.
  • Has a relevant qualification or experience in social work, criminology, psychology, or youth justice (e.g., degree or volunteer work with young people).
  • Is committed to promoting inclusion, safeguarding, and positive behaviour management in the school setting.
