Humanities Curriculum Development Expert

We are seeking an Academic Lead for Humanities Subjects to join our dynamic team at the Wayman Group in Central London. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher with a passion for igniting students' interest in Humanities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a captivating curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners and promotes academic excellence.
- Lesson Delivery: Deliver engaging and inspiring Humanities lessons to KS3/4 and GCSE pupils, promoting academic growth and personal development.
- Pupil Progress: Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing tailored guidance and support to ensure students reach their full potential.
- Teacher Support: Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues, contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment.
This role requires a qualified teacher with a QTS or PGCE in Humanities, proven experience teaching KS3/4 and GCSE Humanities subjects, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
