Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Care Assistants and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide person-centred care.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, building strong relationships with residents and their families, and providing essential physical and mental care as part of our whole-team approach to wellbeing.
We offer a comprehensive induction and ongoing paid training to develop your career, as well as access to regular covid-19 testing and quality PPE provided.
The estimated salary for this role is £13 per hour.
Required Skills and Qualifications- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care preferred or a willingness to achieve this.
- Experience in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia is desirable.
