Arborist Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Arborist Supervisor to join our team at Tree Technique Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing tree care projects, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality services to clients.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement project plans to meet client requirements and deadlines.
2. Conduct risk assessments and ensure team compliance with industry standards and company policies.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on tree care.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Level 3 in Arboriculture or equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid chainsaw operator's license.
• Demonstrate experience in managing projects and leading teams.
