Exciting Opportunity for a Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our Estates Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, equipment, and grounds
  • Monitor and maintain gas, electricity, water, and sewage systems
  • Conduct safety inspections on electrical equipment and maintain inventory records
  • Clean and maintain the centre's vehicle
  • Assist with stock and storage of equipment and maintenance of storage areas

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Previous experience in a maintenance position
  • Friendly and helpful approach
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
