B2B Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new B2B trade sales opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships to drive consistent bottom-line growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound B2B sales activity to efficiently maximize all sales opportunities
- Handle existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Manage customer accounts and increase spend through cross-selling and upselling
- Follow up on quotes/CRM tasks and arrange appointments
- Capitalize on campaigns and promotions with customers
- Manage customer relations and update the CRM system with each customer engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a B2B/Trade Sales account management and new business development role, generated primarily through outbound telephone-based activity
- Some knowledge of the wider flooring industry would be beneficial but is not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Sales negotiation and influencing skills
