Job Title: Site Manager

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote (with occasional on-site visits)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Gold Group. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Site Manager in managing the project team and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to maintain smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  • Assist in managing site documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and quality control records.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and any issues are promptly addressed.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and site management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
