Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee construction projects in Southall, United Kingdom. As the project coordinator, you will ensure timely completion of projects, compliance with health and safety regulations, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee subcontractors and site staff to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Handle issues that arise on-site and implement solutions promptly.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
