About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resourcing Consultant to join our team at Ably Resources. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for creating and placing advertisements, generating candidate pipelines, and managing the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and shortlist candidates for client vacancies
  • Manage the hiring process from initial contact to placement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Technical, Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Renewable Energy
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
