The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a residential care home, with a strong focus on quality and resident-centered care. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has a strong understanding of the needs of older adults with dementia. If you have a background in care management and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development of care policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification (e.g. RMA, RGN)
- Proven experience in residential care management
- Strong understanding of care regulations and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
