Job Summary
A highly skilled Process Improvement Manager is sought after to join our team at Aristocrat, a world leader in gaming content and technology. As a key member of the Global Strategy Delivery organization, you will play a crucial role in driving Business Process Management (BPM) practices and enhancing operational efficiency.

In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization, implement robust BPM frameworks, and leverage advanced analytics to transform business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders, monitoring and supporting process stakeholders, and serving as a subject matter expert in the BPM discipline.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Process Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of related work experience. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and proficiency in BPM and process mining tools are highly desirable.
