Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse a range of data to inform and improve service commissioning and delivery
  • Provide high-quality reports to support the Senior Leadership Team based in York
  • Ensure that data is recorded, stored, and used in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organisation
  • Attend performance monitoring meetings with the Regional Manager to discuss trends and patterns in data
  • Provide internal support to colleagues to implement and refine data collection and reporting processes

Requirements

  • Experience of data analysis, Excel, and strong communication skills
  • Technical expertise regarding data models and case management systems
  • A solution-focused attitude to overcoming obstacles and the ability to support others to apply the same principles
  • Ability to provide comprehensive and detailed reports
  • Good knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to make decisions based on evidence-based judgement
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent reasoning skills
