Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their service needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Mentor and support junior service advisors, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of service requests, customer interactions, and service history.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all service operations.
  • Assist in promoting and upselling additional services or products to customers as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 [depending on experience] + £36,000 OTE
  • Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] & (1-in-12) Saturdays
