  • Book in and out of all vehicles entering and leaving the site.
  • Utilize CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Deter theft and other poor working practices.
  • Respond to on-site incidents and maintain control until arrival of emergency services or duty manager.
  • Highlight breaches of security procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with queries and creating a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Full SIA badge.
  • Three years of continuous residency in the UK.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in security or customer service roles, preferably in an airport environment.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and adhere to strict security protocols.
  • Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform routine security tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends.
  • Age 18 or older.
