Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at Carbon60, a leading facilities management company in the UK. Based at one of our prestigious client's sites in Swansea, South Wales, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry.
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours a week
- Competitive salary of £40,000, plus a fully expensed van
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment, including split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps
- Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Keep accurate logs of inspection reports and remedial work, providing detailed records of site activities
- Report any defects or issues to the relevant stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption
- Conduct regular PPM and reactive maintenance, ensuring all equipment is in good working order
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 air conditioning qualification
- F-GAS Category 1 certification
- Time served in an air conditioning specific role, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems
- Presentation of self in a clean and tidy manner, representing the company with professionalism
- Able to carry tools up to 20kg, with a valid full UK driving license
- Proactive and able to locate and repair faults, with a strong problem-solving mindset
